This privacy notice sets out the information used when you read, click or write to us on SpinGenie Guide at spin-genie-casino.com. Nothing beyond SpinGenie Guide is covered, and the site has no registration and holds no player accounts. When you open a link to another website, that website's own privacy notice applies from then on.

The next sections name what this guide uses during your visit. Every item of cookies and other browser storage that can be set is named there too, together with its purpose and lifetime.

Cloudflare network (each request to the site). Data used: address of the page requested, the IP address, the browser and device you use (user agent), date and time. Retention period: for the recipient to decide. Used for: delivering the pages of this site and keeping attacks and abusive traffic away from it. Passed to: Cloudflare, Inc., which can process this data in countries other than yours.

Server logs. Data used: response size, date and time, HTTP response code, the browser and device you use (user agent), address of the page requested, referring page, the IP address. Used for: running the site, tracking down errors and protecting it. Passed to: the provider that runs the site's server. Retention period: 30 days. The requested address and the IP address end up in the error log only when a request fails.

Clicks on offer buttons. Used for: sending you on to the operator's site and keeping count of referrals. Passed to: the provider that runs the site's server. Data used: date and time, the site, which button was used, page where you clicked, HTTP response code, identifier of the click, the request method, the offer behind the button. Written only when you press a button that leads to an operator's site.

Routing of clicks. Data used: result of the bot check, date and time, which button was used, device type, identifier of the click, page where you clicked, the offer behind the button, the site, mark for test clicks. Passed to: the publisher's click server. Used for: pairing the click with the correct offer and filtering automated traffic.

Nothing is stored of your IP address and browser details: they are used only while the click is routed.

The country of the IP address. The country is read in a local GeoLite2 database on the click server; for this the IP address is not sent to any other party. Used for: sending you to the offer that is open to you where you are. Data used: country (derived from the IP address). Passed to: the click server of the publisher.

Affiliate programme of the operator. From here, the programme receives the click identifier and no other data: not your name, e-mail address, feedback message or any other way to reach you. Passed to: the affiliate programme run by the operator; after the click, your data is processed by the operator under its own privacy notice.

Data used: identifier of the click, the currency, status of the event, event (registration or deposit), the transaction reference, amount sent with the event. Used for: letting the programme report a registration or deposit that comes after your click.

Messages from the feedback form. Used for: handling your complaint or suggestion about the site and replying to it; your name and email address are only ever used for that reply. Retention period: 30 days, after which they are deleted.

Data used: an IP address hash (salted), your email address (only when you want an answer), name (optional), the text of your message, page the message was sent from, date and time. Passed to: the editors of this site only; messages are held on a server of our own and are neither shared nor sold.

Only the message is required, and without an email address there is no way for us to reply; you can ask us using the same form to erase your message sooner; the hashed IP address only helps to curb repeated messages (spam), and the address itself is not kept. Database backups that may contain messages are kept for up to 12 months, then erased.

Not part of this site: pixels for advertising, scripts from other companies, analytics tools, email newsletters, profiling, third-party advertising.
