SpinGenie Guide is an independent website, not SpinGenie and not its operator. We cannot reach your account, so we cannot release a withdrawal, verify your identity or change a limit. For deposits, withdrawals, verification or access, use SpinGenie's own support team: only SpinGenie can act on your account.

A useful report names the link to the page and the exact passage or table row, plus a source that shows the right information if you have one. Never send passwords, ID documents, card numbers or other account details: we do not need them and cannot use them.
